1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the AeroZeta mobile application, which is a private, enterprise-tailored solution developed by AeroZeta for specific organizational clients.
Important Note: This application is not publicly available on the Google Play Store for general consumers. It is distributed privately to employees or members of the organization that has engaged AeroZeta as their IT consultant and solution provider.
2. Data Controller vs. Data Processor
Under this agreement:
- The Client Organization (your employer or the entity that provided you access to this app) is the Data Controller โ they determine why and how your data is collected.
- AeroZeta acts as the Data Processor โ we host, store, and secure the data on behalf of our client, strictly following their instructions.
We do not own, use, or control your data for any purpose outside of what the organization has requested.
3. Information We Collect
Because this is a tailored solution, the specific data collected depends on the needs of the client organization. Generally, this includes:
- Registration Information: To access the app, you must register. The organization requires this to identify and authenticate its members. Data may include:
- Full Name
- Email Address (corporate or personal)
- Employee/Student/Member ID
- Phone Number
- Role or Department within the organization
- Device Information: Basic device data is collected to ensure app functionality, security, and troubleshooting:
- Device model and OS version
- Unique device identifiers (for session management and push notifications)
- IP address (for audit logs and security monitoring)
- Usage Data: Actions performed within the app may be logged to improve the solution and help the organization track activity (if required by their internal policies).
4. How We Use Your Information
๐ AeroZeta's Commitment: We collect and process your data solely to deliver the tailored solution to our client organization. We do not use your data for:
- Advertising or marketing
- Data mining or analytics for our own benefit
- Selling or sharing with unrelated third parties
Specifically, we use your data to:
- Authenticate your identity and grant access to the app.
- Enable features and functionalities requested by the organization.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain security and prevent unauthorized access.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is securely stored in the AeroZeta database, hosted on our secure infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Strict access controls (only authorized AeroZeta personnel can access the database for maintenance purposes)
We retain your data for as long as the client organization requires access to the app, or as mandated by their data retention policies. Once the organization terminates the contract or requests deletion, your data will be removed.
6. Data Ownership and Control
Important: All data you provide belongs to your organization, not AeroZeta.
- The organization has full control over your data, including the right to access, modify, or delete it.
- If you have questions about why your data is collected or how it is used, please contact your organization's IT or HR department directly.
- If you wish to delete your account or data, please request it through your organization's administrator, who will coordinate with us.
7. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following limited cases:
- With the Client Organization: The organization that contracted us may have access to your data for administrative and monitoring purposes.
- Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect the security of our systems.
- Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party hosting or infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud servers). These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and only process data on our behalf.
8. Your Rights
Since the organization is the Data Controller, your rights regarding your personal data are governed by their internal privacy policies. However, we support your rights to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request removal of your data (subject to the organization's approval).

This application is intended for adult employees or members of the client organization. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top will indicate when the policy was last revised. We will notify the client organization of significant changes, who will inform their users.
11. Contact Us
If you are a user and have privacy-related questions, please contact your organization's administrator first.
